This painting has been in storage for a long time so is in vintage condition and is delicately painted. There is a small tear in the canvas to the left hand side.

Dorothy Durwood was a Scottish artist born in Aberdeen. This painting was one of a collection painted when she was an art student in Edinburgh in the early 1960s.
